What were your objectives in signing up for the workshop/programme?

My objective was to have an in-depth knowledge and appreciation of the dealing room operations and treasury products and pass my ACI certificate.

Which feature of the workshop/programme did you find most useful?

The way the topics were being explained was very informative, the explanations were not for the learners to just pass the Dealing Certificate, but the programme left me with an in-depth knowledge and understanding of the dealing room functions and products.

What advice would you offer someone starting out on their journey towards ACI accreditation?

When you have enrolled for the programme, be committed, dedicated, organized, focused and determined to learn. Work with targets when reading, push yourself, read to understand. All the information in e-PAL is more than sufficient for a learner to pass.
