What were your objectives in signing up for the workshop/programme?
As my current job is Manager Trade Operations, looking at both Trade Finance and Treasury Back Office, the ACI Operations Certificate is a requirement for me to perform my current duties more diligently in line with industry norms and practice.
Which feature of the workshop/programme did you find most useful?
The Financial Market Environment, Foreign Exchange and Rates (Money and Bond Markets) as it’s more related to our job.
What advice would you offer someone starting out on their journey towards ACI accreditation?
Constant learning throughout the programme on the e-PAL platform. The trainer is well versed and experienced with the subject and the online training is a very good start to understand each topic. Access to the portal at any time which will facilitate the journey. Clear objectives should be set. The online assessment has been designed in a way that candidate may test their readiness before taking the exam.
