What were your objectives in signing up for the ACI Dealing Certificate workshop?

To become a certified dealer, so as to gain respect and acknowledgement in the industry.

Which feature of the workshop/programme did you find most useful?

I think it was the practical examples that the Facilitator gave. He used scenarios that were currently happening at that moment in the market and thus made it easier to apply the knowledge.

What advice would you offer someone starting out on their journey towards ACI accreditation?

I would definitely advise one to not wait too long to start reading again after the workshop. You should start almost immediately to keep the momentum going.
